Project INTERFACE

What Is Project INTERFACE?

Project INTERFACE is an initiative to improve the integration of mental health services within school systems and their greater community.  The model of Project INTERFACE aims above all to help break down the “silos” that exist within community agencies or systems that can often hinder access to mental health services.  By enhancing communication between schools and agencies, Project INTERFACE allows each organization to work more effectively on behalf of the students it serves.

The collaborative model of Project INTERFACE  is supported by  the Freedman Center for Child and Family Development of the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology as well as other partnering organizations and agencies in the communities of Newton, Waltham, Wellesley and West Roxbury.
