ABOUT THE PROJECT

What Is Project INTERFACE?

Project INTERFACE is an initiative to improve the integration of mental health services within school systems and their greater community.  The primary goal of Project INTERFACE is to enhance, improve, or develop collaborative efforts between school-based mental health services and community mental health systems and services. The model of Project INTERFACE aims above all to help break down the “silos” that exist within community agencies or systems that can often hinder access to mental health services.  By enhancing communication between schools and agencies, Project INTERFACE allows each organization to work more effectively on behalf of the students it serves.
