The Needham Soccer Club provides to the youth of Needham multi-faceted soccer programs that are age and skill appropriate and support physical and social development. The Club strives, for all players, to encourage passion and enthusiasm for the game of soccer and to promote respect for teammates, opponents, coaches, referees, fans and self. The Club is also committed to ongoing training and development for its coaches and referees as a means to further enhance the youth soccer experience in Needham.
