Chelmsford Youth Baseball was founded in 1952 as Chelmsford Little League, Inc. It is a Massachusetts non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers. CYB's goal is to teach the ideals of teamwork, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect. The organizers of CYB keep the program running in order to help youths grow into well-adjusted, strong, happy, decent, healthy adults. Children ages 5 - 15 are invited to take part in organized, supervised sportsmanship on the baseball diamond. Children from age 8 to 18, who are developmentally or physically challenged also have a league within CYB. As a core tenet of all CYB programs, athletes and their parents are always reminded that winning games is not the focus. Instead, morals, fairness, development and fun are stressed.

Chelmsford Youth Wrestling

13 Waterford Place, North Chelmsford MA, Chelmsford

www.leaguelineup.com/welcome.asp?url=chelmsfordyouthwrestling

Chelmsford Youth Wrestling is an all-volunteer organization. We are much smaller than most of the other sporting programs in town but we are probably the most active. To keep the program healthy and financially stable, we organize several fund raising events each season. The largest of these is our annual Chelmsford Youth Wrestling Tournament that we run at the High School Gym. This has historically been our largest and most successful event. We typically host approximately 500 to 600 youth wrestlers from all over New England for this one-day event! As you might imagine, the logistics involved in managing the flow of that many wrestlers and their families through the Chelmsford High Gym in one day is a daunting task. There is no way we could run this tournament without the enthusiastic support we get from our participant families. We encourage all our wrestling families to help out however they can in this vital fund raising event. We also welcome your active participation in all other aspects of the CYW organization. There are many opportunities to help out and get involved during the course of the season. We appreciate your input and look forward to your involvement in making this a better program for all the kids!
